Sometimes, in Manufacturing, things don't always go right - so when we get a call late on a Friday afternoon with a client who has a production line grinding to a halt on Monday, we see what we can do to pull out all the stops to help them out. As we run at weekends, as well as night, we were able to make the tool change late on Sunday night to be able to start production first thing on the Monday morning. Our clients production line will have ran out of product at 3.00pm this afternoon, however, we have been able to manufacture enough of the units, to be able to personally delivery enough parts which will ensure their facility can run through the night to meet their customers expectations. Now, don't get us wrong, this is not always the case, but when we can do, we will. It isn't every Injection Moulding company that can offer a truly 'Same Day' service.
