Recently, due to increasing demand, we have expanded our injection moulding capacity by adding two more machines to our workforce, an Engel 50 and Engel 120. These will enable us to increase our existing capacity for parts up to 200grams shot weights.
We are avid users of Engel injection moulding machines due to their tie-less bar technology (which increases productivity scope with mould sizes and ease of loading and end removal of moulds), low energy consumption, precise pressure controls (one machine can do both small and larger mouldings) and very low tolerances which is perfect for precision mouldings.
This is an exciting time for us within the UK manufacturing scene and we look forward to seeing how the rest of 2022 unfolds as we continue to grow and invest in our machines and workforce.
